You could almost see this coming a mile away. Tonight after the last stage of the Tour de PEI, CBC was reporting live and if you seen Compass tonight, you may have seen a flash of yellow in the last update report by Angela MacIvor (watch it again here). I can just imagine what was going through this little guys head as he circled around building up the courage to jump through and then wait wondering if he should do it again.
