Three family weddings this summer and although I refuse to be the official paid photographer and have no interest in taking on that responsibility, I have been asked in all 3 cases to follow and be what I guess could be called documenting behind the scene.
The first is now in the books as we quickly approach the second. The next wedding will also be a first cousin and the same couple I posted photos of last year (view engagement photos). Then one week after that, it will be my sisters wedding.

Great photos. I've noticed that more and more wedding photographers are doing more of a "documentary" style rather than traditional. I wonder if this has anything to do with the growth of photo sharing and social media sites which push the "impromptu" experience.
