Google Earth has been adding updates to the Mississippi Coast to reflect the damage. There are currently 12 image overlays you can download that will allow you to turn on and off and see the before and after of Hurricane Katrina.
Until more images are available, you can see images of New Orleans by downloading the custom user supplied image overlays.
