I haven't said much or posted much since my latest purchase but here is a few comments after a few weeks of playing/configuring.
I have used some terrible keyboard layouts in the past (also from IBM) and this is no exception. It's not completely bad that the function key is where the ctrl should be and the ctrl is replacing the windows key but I think the forward and back buttons are even more annoying located tightly with the arrow keys.
Nothing like writing a post online and instead of hitting the arrow keys to move around you press the bowser back button and lose everything. (if your lucky, the forward will bring you back to your post)
