I think I would have better luck trying to perform heart surgery then I have had with the IBM website. Working for an IBM Business Partner I am asked often to visit ibm.com and it remains to be a nightmare every time. It's just too big with too much information all in one site. I can never find what I want right away and I waste so much time going in circles looking for the right link.
This site needs a "how to use" course and I still don't know if that would help.
